Amy Kraus, 51, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Feb. 5 with criminal mischief: intent to damage property. Timothy Duffy, 54, was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to keep right, and circumvent interlock. Daniel Johnston, 25, of Clifton Park, was charged Jan. 26 with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
